About the Role:
Reporting to the Regional Director of Marketing, North America, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies across several of Public Sector Network's key communities, events, and initiatives.
You will join a passionate and collaborative marketing team, contributing to the success of Public Sector Network's North American operations.
Day to day, you will work closely with PSN colleagues on messaging, campaign planning and analysis, content creation, social media, website management, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for large-scale events, roadshows, virtual programs, and customized offerings to boost conversions, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility.
Create and promote digital content--including articles, whitepapers, and blog posts--on both the Public Sector Network website and external channels.
Collaborate effectively with production, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Launch and manage campaigns through HubSpot, including email creation and deployment, data segmentation, social media publishing, landing page development, and workflow automation to drive sales-qualified leads.
Manage and continually optimize campaign websites and pages to enhance engagement and SEO performance.
Analyze campaign performance using in-house reporting tools to guide future investment and strategy decisions.
Conduct proactive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
Qualifications
At least 5 years of proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on email, demand generation, and social media marketing.
Proficient in email marketing platforms and automation tools; Hubspot experience preferred.
Proficiency in WordPress, Wagtail or other content management systems is a plus.
Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
Although the position is remote, occasional travel within North America is required to support showcase events, roadshows, and other customized programs. The Marketing Team normally meets once a month onsite (downtown Toronto) to discuss business and campaign performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
