Job Description


The Marketing Manager is a vital member of the Marketing and Communications team responsible for creating and sustaining lasting relationships with patients, healthcare consumers and healthcare providers who are integral to patient care. The Marketing Manager works with various internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute strategic marketing communications that support MCI Onehealth Technologies\' mission via its core operating brands, primarily MCI The Doctors Office network of primary care clinics in Ontario and Alberta.
The Marketing Manager is a detail-oriented, accountable, energetic, creative problem solver who can strategize, plan and deliver tactically with keen attention to improving the patient experience and boosting revenue.
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications, your responsibilities will include:

  • Plan, develop and manage multiple avenues of digital and real-world marketing strategies to drive revenue
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization and with key external stakeholders to ensure marketing approaches and activities support business unit objectives
  • Plan, write and edit external and internal communications material that support patient/physician acquisition and engagement and contribute favorably to brand, reputation and fulfilment of a commitment to excellene in care and customers service in-clinic
  • Oversee delivery of marketing approaches via a small team and a diverse ecosystem of websites, social media, email-marketing and in-clinic communications channels
  • Coordinate relationships and deliverable with external vendors
  • Coordinate and produce financial documents for advertising campaigns, such as budget, estimates, contracts
  • Analyze stakeholder feedback and campaign performance
  • Work independently and as part of a team to execute deliverables within stated timelines

Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or related degree or a combination of education and experience
  • 5 or more years of experience in related fields
  • Clear, concise and well-organized writing
  • Highly developed communications planning skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Demonstrated experience in the development of marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, a sense of humor, and a commitment to teamwork
  • Ability to listen actively, attentively, and with understanding
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills, along with solid attention to detail

Additional Qualifications
  • Design, photography, videography, website management skills, social media management
  • Conference/event marketing
  • Healthcare sector experience
