Role Summary
The Marketing Manager develops and executes marketing strategies that grow brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support revenue goals. This role leads campaign planning, content, digital performance, and partner initiatives, working closely with sales and leadership to ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and planning
Build and manage the annual and quarterly marketing plan aligned to company goals
Define target audiences, positioning, messaging, and campaign objectives
Own the marketing calendar and coordinate priorities across channels
Campaign management
Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (social, email, search, web, events, print)
Manage lead generation programs and improve conversion across the funnel
Coordinate product or service launches and seasonal promotions
Content and brand
Oversee content creation (photo/video, web, email, sales collateral) with consistent brand standards
Develop or refine brand guidelines, tone of voice, and creative direction
Manage case studies, testimonials, portfolio content, and reputation-building assets
Digital and performance marketing
Manage website updates, landing pages, basic SEO strategy, and tracking setup
Run and optimize paid media (Meta/Google/LinkedIn as applicable) or oversee agencies
Monitor performance dashboards and report on KPIs and conversion rates
Partners and events
Coordinate partnerships, sponsorships, and community/industry initiatives
Plan and execute events, trade shows, and brand activations, including post-event follow-up
Leadership and collaboration
Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality, follow-up workflows, and sales enablement tools
Manage vendors, freelancers, and agencies (design, video, PR, paid ads)
Maintain budgets, timelines, and approvals to deliver projects on schedule
Required Qualifications
3-7+ years of marketing experience, including campaign ownership
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (paid ads, email, SEO, analytics)
Experience managing budgets and working with creative vendors/agencies
Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into action
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B, construction, home services, architecture/design, or manufacturing industries
Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Monday.com, Mailchimp, etc.)
Basic design literacy (Canva/Adobe) and video/content production coordination
