The Role
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping Ganong's market presence and driving overall brand and revenue growth. As a vital member of the Ganong Senior Leadership team, the Marketing Manager will lead planning, development, execution, and optimization of brand strategies and tactics.
You will lead portfolio innovation and renovation projects with the help of a broad cross-functional team. You will also work with external agency partners to drive consumer engagement and brand love. Your scope covers the entire marketing mix and is critical to driving overall brand health.
Beyond marketing, this role involves actively contributing to the establishment and nurturing of a positive team culture, fostering engagement, morale, continuous improvement, growth, performance, and team member well-being.

Qualifications
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years' experience working in CPG marketing, ideally within food and grocery retail
Deep experience in the commercialization of new products
Ability to thrive in a complex environment while exhibiting flexibility and adaptability to change
Ability to both lead strategically and deliver with precision, excellence and measurable outcomes
Proven ability to build and foster effective cross-functional internal relationships.
Proven ability to build positive, mutually beneficial relationships with external stakeholders (agencies, vendors, etc.).
Ability to be both a leader and a follower, working both independently and as a member of a team
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
