Position: The Manager, Enterprise Growth Marketing, Media is responsible for contributing to the Digital Marketing team\xe2\x80\x99s success by leveraging multiple digital channels and buying platform capabilities.
Project:
The incumbent will be responsible for the development and execution of holistic paid media programs, including social, programmatic display and search to drive unit sales, revenue and growth.
This role is ideal for someone who views experiences holistically through a customer-centric lens, is data-driven and digitally savvy, loves balancing multiple stakeholders, and can switch quickly from strategic thinking to tactical execution to drive exceptional business results.
Typical Day in Role
Be the Paid Media subject matter expert with well-rounded knowledge across all digital channels.
Tie paid acquisition efforts into overall holistic omni-channel strategy
Stay up to date with digital advertising industry, best practices and capabilities
Make recommendations on optimizations and testing opportunities to maximize performance of your portfolios
Proactively identify trends and innovative opportunities to the team
Lead the development of Paid Media plans across all digital channels (Search, Social and programmatic display) to drive unit sales
Contribute to overall squad efforts to achieve forecasted sales and revenue goals
Execute paid media strategy in platform, track budgets and optimize for performance
Manage ad copy creation and ad approvals across all channels
Partner with SEO specialist, customer journey managers, content specialists and ecommerce team to improve page relevancy, page content, customer experience, and digital sales performance
Work with business line partners and squad team members to achieve business objectives
Partner with Analytics team to develop dashboard and verify data
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
4-6 years\xe2\x80\x99 industry and / or relevant work experience (Paid Media Agency or In House preferred)
Experience creating full funnel strategies with a strong understanding of how full funnel marketing drives business results
Superior writing, research, presentation and project management skills.
Ability to manage, collaborate and/or influence cross-functional groups, team members and senior stakeholders, both based within Canada as well as outside of the market.
Experience with digital marketing platforms such as:
o Facebook Ads Manager o Pinterest Ads Manager o DV360 o Google Ads Manager
Nice-To-Have Skills:
Prior experience working with a Financial Institute
