Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Marketing Manager
to lead our brand and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in

. You will oversee the execution of cross-functional marketing campaigns, partnerships, and digital initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
Define and manage go-to-market plans for product launches, brand partnerships, and special projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product) to ensure campaign effectiveness.
Social Media Management
Lead and refine the execution of a results-driven social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Website,TikTok, etc.).
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and customer sentiment to optimize engagement and visibility.
Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports, offering actionable insights.
Team Leadership
Manage Marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance.
Ensure alignment and collaboration across marketing functions to deliver cohesive brand storytelling.
Brand Partnerships & Campaigns
Oversee brand collaborations, influencer marketing initiatives, and special projects from concept through execution.
Manage creative development and timelines in partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Align all campaign elements (in-store, digital, .com, mobile) for an integrated marketing experience.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
Strong expertise in brand strategy, social media marketing, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering results across digital and traditional channels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging digital trends.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Experience working in B2B or consumer product industries is a strong asset.
A passion for digital storytelling and driving brand engagement.
Nice to Have:
Experience with influencer marketing platforms and CRM tools.
Background in retail marketing or mobile accessories industry.
Experience with eCommerce and in-store marketing integration.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
