Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for attracting new clients and increasing both online and in-clinic traffic through strategic marketing efforts. In collaboration with the medical director, clinic managers, and service providers, this role focuses on lead generation, campaign management, and promoting services while maintaining MedAesthetics' brand image. By reinforcing MedAesthetics' reputation as a leader in medical aesthetic procedures, this role plays a key part in the clinic's ongoing success. Our perfect candidate combines artistic vision with a drive to master digital marketing. We can teach the tools, but the creativity must come naturally.

and Primary Responsibilities



Developing and executing yearly, monthly, and weekly marketing plans, ensuring all deliverables and timelines are met. Managing and optimizing lead generation efforts through Meta ads, email and SMS campaigns, and social media marketing. Analyzing marketing performance data, generating weekly and monthly reports, and creating strategies based on insights to maximize effectiveness. Develop and execute high-converting offers that attract and retain clients, ensuring alignment with business goals. Continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to marketing strategies, ensuring campaigns remain engaging, competitive, and effective. Stay ahead of industry and marketing trends, incorporating the latest best practices and emerging opportunities into lead generation efforts. Conducting media relations and building community relationships and partnerships. Creating and maintaining high-quality, brand-consistent marketing materials for digital and print, including brochures, consultation tools, the website, and newsletters. Training and educating clinic staff on marketing strategies to ensure effective communication and sales execution. Managing and editing the client email newsletter to keep clients engaged and informed. Assisting with strategies to convert clients into MedAesthetics membership programs. Supporting additional marketing initiatives as needed to enhance brand visibility and client retention.

Actively participate in team meetings, committees, and staff development initiatives to support collaboration and continuous improvement. Contribute to student and volunteer placement programs, fostering a learning-oriented environment. Support the team in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on marketing data to drive informed decision-making. Assist in orienting and training new staff, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and clinic standards. Represent MedAesthetics with a polished, friendly, and professional demeanour in all client, vendor, and industry interactions. Maintain a neat and professional appearance while being courteous, tactful, and client-focused. Communicate effectively with clients, providers, and external partners to build and maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications



University degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, design, or a related field. Experience with Meta ads and lead generation strategies. Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data, track conversions, and create insightful reports. Proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, WordPress, and Go High Level (an asset, but will train) Knowledge of developing automation workflows Experience with video editing and graphic design for digital marketing and social media. Strong creative writing skills for marketing content and campaigns. Ability to master marketing software and tools quickly. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Professional, cheerful, and client-focused demeanour. Flexible schedule with the ability to work 40+ hours per week.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
