Glenmore Custom Print & Packaging is one of the leading packaging & commercial printers in the Pacific NorthWest and we are looking for a Marketing Manager! Candidates must have legal work status in Canada to be considered for employment and be able to pass a background check. • Set, plan and implement communication, content and social media objectives, strategies and tactics
• Produce engaging content via text, image and video content for social media accounts and our website (blog and text)
• Monitor, track and report on community feedback
• Organise and manage events to boost brand awareness
• Coordinate marketing, PR and communications activities
• Liaise with Leadership and Sales departments
• Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology and industry trends

Regular Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, regular office hours
• This is an on-site position

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience planning and leading community initiatives
• Working knowledge of SEO, geomarketing principles, and MS Office suite
• Training and/or experience in graphic design is a great asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to act with good judgement and discretion
• Attention to detail and time-management skills
• Creative thinker
