Position Summary:

We are adding an exciting Marketing Manager position to the team, and we're looking for someone who can really champion our Horseshoe consumer. This role will have a specific focus on supporting our recreation business, meaning there will be a need to immerse yourself in our dynamic offerings and capture the essence of what makes our resort truly special! You\'ll work closely with our Director of Marketing and collaborate with our existing Marketing Manager (Hospitality business partner) to achieve our department's purpose of building incredible brand momentum while maximizing revenue across our entire resort. This role is based onsite and will require regular weekend coverage. Join our team and be a part of something amazing!

What you will do:

• Champion the Horseshoe consumer & ensuring all communications are in alignment
• Review trends in recreation results, reports in major initiatives (season pass sales for example)
• Assist in concepting for new recreation offerings
• Complete competitive research
• Develop promotions & offers to drive business
• Generate engaging content for social media, including producing in-house videos, and take charge of our social content calendar
• Assist in special event concepting
• Work collaboratively to contribute to the email communication calendar
• Ensure accuracy & clarity of website content
• Assist in booking radio, out of home, television, and digital advertising campaigns & fulfilling creative requests
• Go out on the slopes and trails to capture the amazing guest experiences

What you bring to the role:

• Adaptability and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
• A collaborative, team-player approach to work
• An enthusiasm for the outdoors; experience skiing & mountain biking is an important asset
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, events or communications
• Visa Requirements: Must be eligible to work in Canada
