We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga head office. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self\xe2\x80\x90starting, direct-to-consumer-focused performance marketing expert. Working with our Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM platforms, you\xe2\x80\x99ll lead our Performance Marketing strategies to build audiences, drive traffic and generate revenue.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET
  • Build and execute a strong Performance Marketing strategy and execution plan.
  • Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet KPIs via paid and organic channels, including PPC, programmatic, search (SEO and SEM) and social advertising.
  • Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
  • Oversee vendor management activities, discover and partner with trustworthy lead vendors, negotiate contracts, maintain and strengthen vendor relationships to drive success.
  • Collaborate with other team members to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns to maximize results.
  • Constantly optimize campaign activities and manage budget to drive strong ROI and efficient CAC.
  • Test new channels and trends, share funnel conversion improvement ideas/feedback, and continue to meet/exceed established critical metrics.
  • Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • \xc2\xb7 University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and business experience.
  • \xc2\xb7 5+ years of experience in a digital and performance marketing role with demonstrated success driving results and think strategically, preferably in a Financial Services industry.
  • \xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • \xc2\xb7 A highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
  • \xc2\xb7 Tech-savvy, with a knowledge of marketing technologies (CRM, marketing automation, web analytics); html and WordPress a plus.
  • \xc2\xb7 Collaborative and a good relationship builder with internal and external partners.
  • \xc2\xb7 Open-minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
  • \xc2\xb7 Strong project management skills.
  • \xc2\xb7 An ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • \xc2\xb7 Someone who listens to diverse perspectives with an empathetic attitude.
  • \xc2\xb7 A lifelong learner that is performance driven.

Work Model

We have adopted a hybrid model, leveraging the best of remote and in-person work. This work model however can differ depending on roles and leaders.
