Marketing Manager, OneEleven

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead OneEleven's brand, communications, and community marketing. This role blends strategy, creativity, and execution -- driving how OneEleven shows up across social media, newsletters, campaigns, and community initiatives.


You'll amplify our voice in Canada's tech ecosystem, strengthen member engagement, and ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint.

What You'll Do

:

Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that drives brand growth and engagement. Lead external communications, campaigns, and media initiatives that elevate OneEleven's presence. Manage OneEleven's social media channels and newsletters, ensuring fresh, consistent storytelling and measurable growth. Partner with internal teams to promote community stories, events, and member milestones. Oversee brand identity and content across digital, print, and experiential platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and media. Track campaign performance and report on KPIs to guide strategy. Manage budgets efficiently May mentor a small team

What You Bring:

5-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management (tech/startup ecosystem experience is a plus). Proven success in social media strategy, content marketing, and community engagement. Strong storytelling, writing, and brand management skills. Experience managing newsletters and CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Creative mindset with an analytical approach to performance and growth. A passion for startups, innovation, and building thriving communities. Experience in managing a budgeting process
