The role: Reporting to the Director Level, Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for achieving the Company\xe2\x80\x99s short and long-term marketing strategies through the strategic planning and execution of various national/regional marketing campaigns and projects. This position is also responsible for using applicable marketing channels in accomplishing all required marketing deliverables. Major Responsibilities: 1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development \xc2\xb7 Research market, identify uncover customer, program, and market opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Set specific marketing goal, design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business target. \xc2\xb7 Forecast market trends, use data analysis to gain customer insight into the user\'s current situation, segmentation profile, shopping behavior, and support decision-making. 2. Strategic Planning and Execution \xc2\xb7 Lead the quarterly planning process by creating promotional plans that align with long-term strategies while balancing near term category needs. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to planning timelines and achievement of company goals. \xc2\xb7 Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations that report on the health and performance of the programs with a focus on measuring progress against objectives and key results. 3. Customer Lifecycle Management \xc2\xb7 Develop the user growth/retention strategy, integrate internal and external resources through market analysis, and execute the user growth strategy with merchandising and store operation. \xc2\xb7 Develop customer lifecycle strategies, find business opportunities, output targeted operational strategies, and promote implementation in day-to-day marketing activities. \xc2\xb7 Identify user hierarchies for different dimensions, such as user profile, channel basket, registration, repeat purchase, consumption, diagnose and analyze user activity through DAU, MAU, and other user activity indicators and provide targeted customer strategies. \xc2\xb7 Develop customer marketing strategy and deploy campaigns across digital marketing tools, email marketing, social media, and marketing communication channels on user personas and user purchase journeys, with a focus on acquiring and retaining high CLV customers. 4. Brand Management and Communication \xc2\xb7 Ensure brand consistency throughout all marketing channels. \xc2\xb7 Oversee and coordinate the implementation of marketing strategies and activities related to the company\'s national brand. \xc2\xb7 Develop promotional and advertising plans for stores with innovative designs and creative promotional concepts to deliver sales/marketing objectives. \xc2\xb7 Strategic overview for marketing and social media planning & day-to-day execution, develop SEO/SEM related initiatives and be actively involved in SEO optimization efforts. \xc2\xb7 Support business units on key initiatives and provide communication support and counsel to executive and functional business areas. Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Possess a minimum of 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 marketing experience, retail, digital or eCommerce background is an asset. \xc2\xb7 Possess a minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 management experience is an asset. \xc2\xb7 Proven success in branding, marketing strategy, advertising, and solid experience in retail industry. \xc2\xb7 Completion of bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, with focus on marketing or communications preferred. \xc2\xb7 Experience in working within a demanding fast-paced or retail environment, and knowledge in online/offline customer insight will be an asset. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated good leadership with ability to engage and develop team members. \xc2\xb7 Must be able to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication, copywriting, proofreading skills in both English and Chinese, creatives and innovative with good attention to detail. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently, problem solving and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge of the Windows software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
