About You

As the Marketing Manager, you will harness your innovative and creative abilities paired with your extensive knowledge of marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and identify new business leads. You are energetic, enthusiastic and excited by the opportunity to help drive business growth using creative techniques and developing captivating content. As the Marketing Manager, you will get to dig your hands into an abundance of exciting projects - every day is a different adventure!

A Day in the Life

• Own all things marketing \xe2\x80\x93 from budget planning to social media management to website management! You\xe2\x80\x99ll get to dive into a bit of everything in this role.
• Identify business development opportunities alongside the sales team by tracking marketing metrics, lead generation, and lead acquisition.
• Harness your versed understanding of M&P Mercury\xe2\x80\x99s ideal customer profile to leverage personas, outreach activities, and messaging to our target audience.
• Own M&P Mercury\xe2\x80\x99s marketing presence by executing live and virtual events and maintaining our social media channels.
• Optimize online and offline properties by designing, updating, and improving M&P Mercury\xe2\x80\x99s website, landing pages, marketing materials, and swag.
• Establish and enhance M&P Mercury\xe2\x80\x99s SEO and campaign results to refine marketing strategy.
• Act as point of contact for copying, internet services company, and external agencies.
• Lead M&P Mercury\xe2\x80\x99s marketing team by equipping them with the tools and capabilities required to successfully generate inorganic leads.
• Lead by example and inspire your team to show up, own their work, and have fun!

What You Bring to the Table

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills that allow you to adapt to and tackle any hurdles that come your way.
• Strong time management, accountability, and organizational skills \xe2\x80\x93 you\'re always on your A-game and can hold yourself to it!
• A positive attitude that inspires others on your team and makes them excited about working alongside you.
• Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels and their benefits relating to the industry.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively \xe2\x80\x93 you love imagining what the next great campaign might be!
• Preference for experience or background in luxury commodity marketing.

Your Qualifications

3+ years of experience owning your role as a Marketing Manager.

A diploma or bachelor\'s in marketing or a related field is an asset.

Great written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills - you\xe2\x80\x99re a natural communicator and storyteller!

Excellent software and computer skills that allow you to navigate the website and social media management applications with ease.

It\'s a Bonus If You Have

Previous marine servicing, marine retails, or boating industry experience.
