As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote our brand, create content, and support our agents in achieving their sales goals. • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, attract potential clients, and drive lead generation.
• Create compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and print collateral.
• Manage the company?s online presence, including website content, SEO optimization, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with agents to develop personalized marketing strategies for property listings and client acquisition.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and target market preferences to ensure marketing initiatives are relevant and impactful.
• Write powerful and effective copy for all Social Media & web platforms.
• Assist with Event, Training and Meeting Planning.
• Train and mentor Advisors, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth & brand tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the real estate or luxury goods industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
