This position is responsible for promoting our company's brand and products to new customers while maintaining relationships with existing ones. The chosen candidate will develop advertising campaigns, maximize profits, and ensure a strong public image, overseeing creative, digital, and financial aspects of marketing projects. The role also involves analyzing market trends, collecting data, and directing sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The Marketing Manager will collaborate across departments to execute promotional activities and support overall business growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and direct marketing strategies to drive sales and company growth
Planning, developing, and directing multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales
Overseeing social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations
Ensure company marketing consistency and maintain a high level of quality in all marketing materials.
Researching trends and new marketing opportunities, and brainstorming ideas
Coordinating and producing financial documents for advertising campaigns, such as budgets, estimates, and contracts
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service.
Address issues and troubleshoot problems during campaign execution.
Organize and prioritize multiple marketing projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
Track and analyze campaign performance, using data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, both existing and potential.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and marketing efforts.
Requirements
Proven experience in a marketing management role or similar position.
