Superior Events Group Inc. and LUXE Modern Rentals are looking for a driven Marketing Manager who thrives in a growing and fast-paced environment. The candidate is responsible for marketing strategy and implementation for our event rental companies, as well as company owned festivals. Working directly with management, the ideal candidate fills a critical role to bring creative and unique ideas to life. The candidate should be aligned with social media trends, extremely creative and looking to spearhead the vision of the company's brands via marketing.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create cutting-edge, trendy, unique content for all social media platforms
• Build monthly social media and email plans to review with management
• Plan, film and edit videos for Instagram reels, training tools and other potential
• campaigns
• Build out captivating email campaigns and target the appropriate audiences
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support of the company's website - both copy and design
• Assemble monthly analytics showing a review of metrics, monetization, and
• future recommendations of executed campaigns
• Develop and manage ad budgets including analysis and reporting
• Maintain a roster of banked inspirational content to reference back to for future
• planning
• Support new partnerships and program launches as needed
• Attend events to shoot content on an as-needed basis

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing
• Knowledge of Wordpress
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience with graphic design using Photoshop, Canva or another similar
• platform
• Skilled building out social calendars and email campaigns
• An active personal user of social media platforms
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic, time management, and leadership qualities
• Organized and pays great attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight timelines when needed
• SEO and Google Ads experience are an asset
