Job Summary


At MissionPerform, we believe performance starts with people -- and we're growing fast. The Part-Time Marketing Specialist will help tell our story to the world, supporting campaigns that promote our consulting, training, and digital solutions. This is an office-based role in Mississauga, ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys hands-on execution, collaboration, and bringing creative ideas to life. You'll manage social media activity, support campaigns, and work closely with vendors to ensure our brand shines across every touchpoint.

Duties



Marketing strategy: develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing sales and brand awareness. Market research: facilitate and conduct market research on the competitive landscape and customer markets. Marketing collateral: develop and coordinate marketing collateral to empower a robust sales organization. Campaign Execution: Support planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across consulting, training, and software divisions. Content Creation: Develop engaging content for web, social media, digital, and print that aligns with brand tone and style. Social Media Management: Manage MissionPerform's LinkedIn and other relevant channels. Plan, post, and track content to drive awareness and engagement. Highlight success stories, leadership insights, and digital innovation. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with creative vendors (designers, printers, photographers, agencies). Prepare briefs, manage timelines, and ensure quality deliverables. Brand Support: Maintain brand consistency across materials and internal teams. Event & Campaign Support: Assist in promoting webinars, events, and launches. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide regular updates.

Qualifications & Experience



2-5 years of marketing experience (ideally in a B2B or professional services environment). Hands-on experience with social media content creation and scheduling. Strong coordination and communication skills for managing vendors and partners. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is an asset. Excellent writing, organisation, and multitasking abilities. Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
