WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Marketing Manager is responsible for fueling the growth of the business, instilling a culture of innovation, and emphasizing cross-functional collaboration.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Manage the development and maintenance of a comprehensive three-year innovation pipeline that aligns with the company\'s annual business strategic planning
• Work closely with the marketing and technology teams to identify untapped market opportunities and expand current brand footprints
• Provides effective project management, creating a structured framework for a consistent innovation calendar
• Develop and implement processes for capturing and prioritizing new ideas and feedback from all stakeholders
• Actively seek partnerships with new suppliers exploring innovative technologies to provide a competitive edge for current or prospective products
• Align innovation efforts with the company\'s sustainability goals, considering the environmental impact of new products and packaging

Job Requirements:

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• A Bachelor\'s degree in Business/Marketing/Commerce. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications considered an asset
• 6+ years of CPG experience in Research & Development and Innovation, with a track record of developing and launching successful product innovations and leading change in a CPG environment
• Passion and strong personal drive for innovation. Self-starter with a high level of initiative and adaptability
• The ability to navigate ambiguity and transform it into clarity for the organization, to drive to meaningful insights
• Ability to develop and sell-in business case plans for innovation and commercialization ideas
• Must be a self-starter with an ownership mindset; passionate, proactive and performance driven, with a bias for action.
• Excellent project management skills and strong proficiency in marketing analysis
• Ability to draw upon consumer insights and trends to propel the business forward and connect with consumers
