The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the company's marketing and advertising initiatives. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing campaigns and strategies, utilizing market research, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Marketing Strategy:
a.Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and drives growth.
b.Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
2.Brand Management:
a.Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity to ensure consistency across all channels.
b.Manage and enhance the company's brand equity and reputation in the market.
3.Market Research and Analysis:
a.Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
b.Utilize data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
4.Digital Marketing:
a.Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and engagement.
b.Oversee the management of digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
5.Product Marketing:a.Collaborate with product development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product launches and lifecycle management.b.Develop go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new products.
6.Advertising and Promotions:
a.Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various media channels to drive brand awareness and sales.
b.Manage promotional activities, including sponsorships, partnerships, and events.
7.Public Relations and Communications:
a.Oversee public relations efforts to maintain a positive company image and manage crisis communications.
b.Develop internal and external communications strategies to effectively convey the company's vision and initiatives.
8.Budget Management:
a.Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
b.Monitor financial performance and report on marketing effectiveness to the executive team.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2.6+ years of progressive marketing experience.
3.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and profitability.
4.Strong understanding of digital marketing, market research, brand management, and product marketing.
5.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
6.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
