Job Description


We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our well-renowned Manitoba owned and operated client in the Supply and Apparel industries. Our client has been committed to outstanding service levels for over 100 years! Based in Winnipeg, MB, the Marketing Manager will manage essential marketing functions such as developing and implementing marketing strategies and roadmaps while working closely with each level of the organization.

Marketing Manager responsibilities:

  • Develop communication strategies for the sales and service team and assist with implementations.
  • Managing all social platforms, including content creation, PPC, scheduled posts, and data management.
  • Create various SEO strategies on and off page to strengthen the organization\'s website performance and engagement.
  • Management of physical and digital marketing collateral, including updating and maintaining inventory levels of all marketing materials.
  • Execute internal events to promote team engagement and assist in external customer focused events.
  • Assist Human Resources with recruiting and employee onboarding.
  • The CO-COE may require other duties, such as sales-related, service-related, and marketing projects.
The successful candidate has:
  • 3+ years\' experience as Marketing Manager or Marketing Coordinator.
  • A Marketing, Business, or English-related degree or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Experience with developing written content, copy writing and editing/proofreading.
  • SEO, PPC, and analytics knowledge
  • Social media growth experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in multi-tasking, organization, time management, and planning.
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is between $65,000-$75,000 depending on experience
  • 4-day work week, Monday to Thursday.
