About the role : Marketing Manager at Trotman Automotive Group overseeing 12 dealerships. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, manage advertising campaigns, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence and drive sales. Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000/year Schedule : Full time Benefits:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Trotman Automotive Group across its 12 dealerships
• Oversee advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and maximizing ROI
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with dealership teams to create and execute local marketing initiatives
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and email campaigns
• Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, adjusting strategies for optimal performance
• Lead a dynamic marketing team of five or more individuals with varied skill sets and abilities while fostering creativity and driving results

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred but not required
• Minimum 2 years proven experience in a Marketing lead role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and platforms
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Results-driven mindset based on quantifiable lead generation and automobiles sold/serviced
• Strong understanding of database marketing by email, text, and retargeting
