About this opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Professional Marketing in Canada, your mission as the leader, Marketing Manager, iTero will be to drive the penetration and usage of iTero intraoral scanner portfolio in Canada. Specifically, the individual will collaborate with the commercial business unit to develop, execute strategy and program(s) that strengthen our product adoption via GTM programs, sales enablement, and education initiatives.

This person must be customer-centric, a self-starter with proven ability to execute and work independently. She/he must work effectively cross-functionally, leading collaborative efforts with sales, product management, clinical education, partners, R&D, and Legal. Role includes all aspects of marketing such as positioning, messaging, product adoption, sales force partnership & enablement, pricing and promotions, trade shows, and key opinion leader programs.

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and commercial marketing efforts to expand market share and pursue growth targets.
  • Manage a range of projects that support our strategic and tactical efforts including the development and localization of customer-facing marketing materials (brochures, emails, web pages, trade advertising, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on projects, programs, and campaigns
  • Product launches in collaboration with product management team
  • Conduct campaign reporting and analysis that evaluates campaign/communication performance, response rates, registrations, and all campaign variables
  • Monitor Clinical Education programming
  • Inventory and budget monitoring
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies/vendors and stakeholders across the NA organization, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Proven capability to navigate through change and operate with speed and agility
  • Possess exceptional oral and written communication to diverse audiences with effective & engaging presentation skills
  • Ensures the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned
  • Other responsibilities, projects and duties may be assigned as required

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or equivalent experience required, MBA preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in marketing including messaging, promotions, and programs. Marketing experience in medical device/dental/capital equipment is preferred
  • Experience working in a cross functional team
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Photoshop illustrator, InDesign and PowerPoint required.
  • Digital marketing experience is an asset
  • Clinical, Dental, Lab, Distributor, and Special Market experience is an asset
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
  • Excellent analytic and project management skills.
