Job Description

Responsibilities:



Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning



Build and manage quarterly marketing plans based on business goals like revenue, orders, and retention Plan and execute seasonal promotions, product launches, and multi-channel campaigns Create brand messaging and value propositions for both B2B and D2C audiences Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and align campaign efforts Track campaign results across all channels and report on key performance metrics Manage the overall marketing budget, invoices, and campaign spend

Digital Advertising (Paid Media & Performance)



Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Set ad budgets, define targeting, and monitor performance goals Optimize ads based on performance data to improve ROAS and CAC Run A/B tests and analyze user behavior to improve ad creatives and landing page conversion

Social Media (Content & Engagement)



Post engaging content regularly on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok Develop a consistent posting schedule that highlights services, milestones, and team culture Respond to comments, messages, and DMs across all platforms Build and manage creator and influencer partnerships to boost reach and credibility Track social media engagement and identify high-performing content

Email Marketing (Customer Engagement & Retention)



Manage email and SMS campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo Write and send newsletters on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to highlight promotions, updates, and success stories Build and automate flows such as welcome sequences, abandoned cart reminders, and win-back campaigns Segment customer lists to personalize messaging and improve campaign performance

Website Content & Optimization (Sales & SEO)



Write and manage content including landing pages, product pages, and case studies Regularly update the website with new items, bundles, testimonials, and success stories Publish blog content with an SEO focus using keyword research and on-page optimization Improve website UX and conversion through A/B testing, heatmap analysis, and collaboration with the e-commerce team Ensure product listings are accurate, current, and aligned with active promotions

Events, Partnerships & Community Engagement



Coordinate trade shows, local pop-ups, and other marketing events Build relationships with local businesses, print communities, and industry organizations Support public relations efforts around product launches, milestones, and community initiatives

Team Collaboration & Project Management



Work closely with freelancers, agencies, and junior team members to execute creative assets and campaigns Ensure all marketing materials meet brand standards and comply with platform and legal guidelines Maintain timelines, organize assets, and support cross-functional communication Perform other marketing-related duties as required

Requirements:



4 to 6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth, digital, or brand strategy Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Coordinator, or similar role Experience in industries like manufacturing, print, apparel, or e-commerce is preferred Proven success managing paid campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn Strong writing skills and a good visual eye for content and branding Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and design sense Experience creating or managing content like landing pages, ads, or email campaigns Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo Hands-on experience with SEO and conversion rate optimization Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights Comfortable working with budgets, setting KPIs, and tracking ROI Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Completed certifications in digital marketing, advertising, or analytics are a strong asset (Google, Meta, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar) Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred

Preferred Education/Certifications:



Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Certifications in digital marketing or advertising from platforms such as Google, Meta, HubSpot, or Hootsuite Additional online course completion from platforms like Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, or Udemy is an asset Ongoing learning or professional development in areas like SEO, content marketing, or paid media is preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
