Marketing Manager - True North Log Homes The Marketing Manager for True North Log Homes (TNLH) is a strategic, creative thinker and customer-centred brand marketer, with a passion for leveraging the power of our purpose to build and grow our world-class brand and reputation in the log home industry. The successful candidate, excels in leading and implementing change, while working with internal and external cross functional teams to drive brand awareness, increase perceptions and business outcomes. Description of responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Manage end-to-end development and execution of marketing campaigns related to all programs, including budgets, media partners and the resources to complete projects with cross functional teams. \xc2\xb7 Proactively lead annual and quarterly budget planning, management and forecasting \xc2\xb7 Communicate clearly and succinctly, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the recommended communication strategies align with our brand and organizational goals \xc2\xb7 Develop the annual marketing communications strategy and campaigns for the TNLH Brand \xc2\xb7 Use data insights to create and build sales strategies, utilizing lead nurturing tactics (Hubspot, CRM Data) \xc2\xb7 Continuing to enhance and maintain TNLH Digital Program on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube, Google Plus, LinkedIn, Houzz, & TNLH Blog. \xc2\xb7 Lead the continued development, implementation, Dealer updates and monitor the True North Log Home site. Continually updating the website with new content, news, events, through the Wordpress CMS and share Data Analytics to help refine performance. \xc2\xb7 Assist with competitive research to identify our strengths and weaknesses, collect competitor and customer insights \xc2\xb7 Engage and present with confidence to cross-functional teams, including senior leaders \xc2\xb7 Develop programs to retain customer engagement with TNLH through means of Survey Monkey, Mailchimp, Webinars and other venues. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate photo shoots of homes, technology videos, customer testimonials (written & video). Creating various advertisements, brochures, business cards and literature for TNLH sales staff, magazines, dealers, and online venues. Creating sales tools, such as, but not limited to colour selection brochures and online selection tools. May be required to visit job sites from time to time to take photographs or video content. Watermarking, editing, and resizing images. Applying for industry related awards. Creating content and publishing to the company blog. \xc2\xb7 Plan and coordinate annual Trade Show schedule and Budget, while managing booth designs and branding What the Successful Candidate Brings to True North Log Homes \xc2\xb7 Google Certifications, Hubspot Certifications, and videography capabilities considered significant assets. \xc2\xb7 Have successfully implemented digital sales & marketing strategies utilizing CRM Tools specifically focused on email marketing and lead nurturing with customer focused content \xc2\xb7 You are a strategic thinker with a passion for brand marketing and marketing communications planning in an entrepreneurial environment \xc2\xb7 You bring exceptional experience in developing customer-facing marketing communications campaigns across traditional media, social and digital channels \xc2\xb7 You learn and lead from the outside in. You are keenly interested in marketing and branding, watching and learning from other leading organizations as they elevate their brands within North America \xc2\xb7 You lead with confidence, taking initiative, proactively supporting team goals and managing project plans and timelines with excellence Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
