THE OPPORTUNITY: As a strategic partner, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop marketing plans in alignment with Company goals and objectives, lead various marketing initiatives and campaigns, and develop brand initiatives for both BRC and its subsidiary company Tayco. This hybrid role, working in office and remote, offers strategy building, ongoing brand management, and the management of all marketing functions. What You Will Do:

  • Acting as the marketing lead for marketing strategy implementation for both BRC and its subsidiary company, Tayco: works as a key player in the development of the yearly marketing plan and goal setting for team members
  • Strategizing, implementing, and assigning work as necessary to provide full cycle marketing and communication in the development and execution of the yearly marketing plan. This includes product launches and working effectively with the product development team
  • Researching and staying up to date with competitive marketing initiatives, industry trends, and digital marketing tactics to analyze gaps in BRC and Tayco\'s marketing strategies
  • Briefing the Director of Marketing and Communications on all team project updates, Team performance, and possible strategic plans
  • Managing new strategic projects including additional fabrics, finishes, rendering, and product changes as assigned
  • Working with the BRC and Tayco Regional Sales Managers on assembling and submitting bids as required
  • Managing the yearly Look Book
  • Developing and promoting branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives
  • Ensuring all products, services, and other offerings conform to brand identity; conducting ongoing brand management
  • Oversee the Marketing team deliverables including the management of online social media, and website updates. Lead generational projects and consistently proof read all internal and external-facing material
  • Reviewing all Marketing campaigns to ensure KPIs are being met and developing plans to quickly pivot, providing solutions as necessary to the Director of Marketing & Communications
  • Pulling and reviewing analytics on a consistent basis to identify trends
Requirements We are seeking passionate candidates who possess the following experience and competencies:
  • University degree or equivalent in marketing, advertising, sales, or equivalent.
  • 5 years\' experience within the private sector, including handling corporate communications, original writing and editing, and some public relations
  • Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management
  • Proven track record in creating and executing successful e-mail marketing and social media programs
  • Direct experience with graphic design, Web page, and other marketing-related software tools
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly and to ensure they are clearly communicated to an audience.
  • Strong morals and ethics, along with a commitment to privacy.
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented
