- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to resonate with the local Canadian market.
- Identify and foster relevant brand partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop annual marketing plans and key brand moments.
- Provide input into PR strategy in coordination with agency partners and internal brand communications team.
- Manage retail center marketing activities and department store marketing programs.
- Oversee all media events, influencer relations, and paid influencer programs.
- Conceptualize and execute engaging brand and store events.
- Develop and implement seasonal in-store activations to drive traffic and acquisition.
- Manage social media channels for Canada, including content creation and posting.
- Coordinate the Canadian marketing calendar and oversee all paid advertising initiatives.
- Responsible for managing the Canadian marketing budget.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in marketing strategy, partnerships, and events.
- Ability to develop clear and actionable plans to drive commercial KPIs.
- Proficient project management skills.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial-minded.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and networking abilities.
- Results-driven with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work across various business functions.
- Sound commercial acumen and budget management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
