We are looking for a strategic, creative, and executional powerhouse to join our team as
Brand Marketing Manager
. In this role, you will lead the charge in shaping and amplifying INDOCHINO's brand voice across all channels. You'll own the end-to-end development and execution of brand campaigns, guide our messaging strategy, and work cross-functionally to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
You'll lead key brand-building initiatives across campaigns, messaging, influencer, partnerships, social, content, and measurement--ensuring we show up with consistency, clarity, and emotional impact. Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Messaging
Evolve and maintain a clear brand positioning and messaging architecture.
Translate customer insights, brand values, and cultural moments into compelling messaging strategies.
Develop and refine INDOCHINO's tone of voice and storytelling frameworks.
Brand Campaigns
Own the planning, creative development, and execution of full-funnel brand campaigns--from seasonal storytelling to product launches.
Partner with creative, performance, retail, and ecommerce to bring campaigns to life across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Lead campaign briefing, cross-functional alignment, and post-mortem analysis.
Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
Build and scale an influencer strategy that supports brand awareness, storytelling, and conversion.
Identify and manage partnerships with creators, tastemakers, and relevant brands or organizations.
Develop creative concepts that tie influencers and partners into key campaign narratives.
Social & Content Marketing
Guide content strategy and storytelling across organic social channels, with a focus on emotional resonance and shareability.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand alignment across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
Oversee social moments calendar in line with brand priorities.
Brand Measurement & Insights
Define and track KPIs for brand health (awareness, perception, consideration, sentiment, share of voice).
Partner with analytics, acquisition, retention, ecommerce, and retail teams to analyze campaign impact and uncover customer insights.
Use performance data to continuously improve brand expression and strategy.
What You Bring
5-7 years of brand marketing experience, ideally in DTC, fashion, retail, or accessible luxury--brands that deliver premium product and elevated storytelling
Deep understanding of brand strategy and how to bring it to life across digital, retail, and experiential touchpoints.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a track record of driving strategy from concept to execution.
Exceptional communicator and storyteller, with a sharp eye for visual and verbal brand expression.
Collaborative operator and project leader who thrives in cross-functional environments.
Creative thinker with strong instincts for fashion, culture, and what resonates with today's consumer.
Confident using data and insights to inform decisions and continuously improve performance.
