Brand Marketing ManagerCarmens Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Brand Marketing Manager to join our Head Office team!You will play a key role in planning and executing the strategic marketing initiatives for a portfolio of premium hospitality venues. Our ideal candidate is a creative self-starter, a superb communicator and someone that thrives in a dynamic and growing work environment.Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Marketing & Brand Experience in the development and execution of strategic, integrated marketing initiatives including: network programs, promotions, brand activation, events etc.
• Help manage a variety of projects for multi-brand concept, support re-branding projects and any new business ventures
• Assist with ongoing design, development and implementation of marketing programs across all venues
• Build innovative strategies with Director to achieve desired market positions for all Carmen\xe2\x80\x99s Group brands
• Work directly with marketing, senior leadership and venue teams, to help recommend, develop, and execute various programs
• Guide visual identity for all brands with agency creative partners
• Draft and edit media materials including editorial pieces, media advisories, press releases, fact sheets and briefing books
• Support the team with website user experience, social media content, SEO and digital campaigns
• Assist venues in building local store marketing plans, identifying new opportunities by venue and supporting them with ongoing marketing requests
• Teach and guide venue managers to build a seamless presence within their communities and develop long lasting, meaningful relationships with their neighbours
• Coordinate tracking and post analysis of all marketing efforts and lead post-evaluation analysis with venues
• Create and manage critical paths for all marketing & design programs and promotions
• Contribute to the growth of Carmens Group family of brands

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a marketing or public relations role
• Minimum 2+ years of branding, event coordination, design, public relations, and project management experience
• University degree preferred with College Diploma/Certificate in Communications, Business, Advertising, Marketing or Public Relations
• Experience with graphic design for print, digital and web purposes a plus
• Event planning and execution experience
• Passion for industry, food & beverage experience/knowledge of hospitality industry considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail, great communication, sense of urgency and organizational skills
• Ability to help manage multiple tasks in an environment of rapid change and shifting priorities
• Must be effective team player and able to work collaboratively and independently with venues and senior leadership
• Strategic thinking capabilities to support the development of innovative campaigns; a creative thinker
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal.
• Strong work ethic, team oriented, positive, and energetic with a great sense of humour
