Brand Marketing Manager

Your days will include:

Assisting in the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, retail). Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Managing in-store visibility, POSM (Point of Sale Materials), ensure execution of merchandising strategies and retail relationship support. Product positioning and messaging- create compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences. Leading and overseeing HyLife product brand guidelines. Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Managing social media presence and engagement strategies. Overseeing content creation (website, blogs, videos, ads, newsletters) in collaboration with potential agencies and Optimizing paid advertising campaigns. Market Research and Analysis - understand the target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform product development Developing marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, case studies) to support sales. Implementing marketing automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies with retailers. Performance tracking and analysis- Monitor the success of marketing campaigns, adjust as needed to optimize performance and create reports.

To succeed in this role you must possess:

5 years or more of experience in Marketing, Brand Management or Digital Marketing. Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress) and design tools (Canva, Adobe). Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation. Strong strategic and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication. Creative thinking with a data-driven approach. Willingness and Ability to travel for field visits and partner meetings. Work closely with sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective product launch. Strong project management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Post- secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
