If you\'re an experienced Marketing Manager with a knack for digital and traditional marketing, this opportunity is tailor-made for you. Join their engaged leadership team and report directly to the V.P.

In this diverse role, you\'ll be responsible for developing and executing a cutting-edge multi-channel marketing strategy across various business units. You will have the ability to hire a marketing coordinator as well as work with an agency on projects.

This role requires knowledge of digital marketing, media buying, graphic design, photography, social media, and website management. You will have support where you need it and the ability to direct that. Be prepared for some travel within Alberta and B.C.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and report on all marketing initiatives, ensuring their success.
  • Lead marketing campaigns across the organization, utilizing diverse acquisition channels.
  • Manage content creation and publishing across online platforms.
  • Create stunning visuals using Adobe Creative Suite for websites and social media.
  • Master Google and social media ads, optimizing media buying.
  • Drive website content, including blogs, email campaigns, and more.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for captivating content creation.
  • Analyze social media metrics and present growth strategies.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, both digital and traditional.
  • Provide senior management with monthly sales reports and campaign results.
  • Manage Google Ads and Google My Business accounts.
  • Execute traditional marketing activities, including tradeshows and radio ads.
  • Conduct video tours and operate drones(training provided).
Qualifications:
  • Possess a post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Analytics or Marketing.
  • Hold a minimum of 3 years\' experience in professional digital marketing roles.
  • Skilled in media buying, Google AdWords, and social media marketing.
  • Proficient in graphic design and photography.
  • Salesforce experience is a bonus.
  • Self-motivated and independent, thriving in an autonomous role.
  • Display a combination of creative and analytical skills.
