We are seeking a
Marketing Manager
to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave. This position is expected to run from November 2025 to November 2026 Year, with the possibility of extension. Our ideal candidate can take ownership of marketing execution across multiple projects, while managing external partners and ensuring Slokker Homes' brand continues to stand out in a highly competitive real estate market.
The Role
The
Marketing Manager
will oversee all aspects of marketing execution and coordination for 3 active projects and 3-4 background projects. This role is
hands-on
but also requires strong project management skills to direct subcontractors and ensure deliverables are on time, on brand, and effective.
You will be the
central hub for marketing operations
-- from campaign planning and website optimization to CRM automation and event execution.

Interactive site plans and projects - customer service and workflow tool for homeowner care
Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram Ads) - campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
Google Ads - performance marketing campaigns (search, display, retargeting)
Google Analytics (GA4) - website performance tracking and conversion analysis
Google Search Console - SEO monitoring and indexing
Canva - quick in-house design for ads, social content, brochures
Microsoft Office / Google Workspace - Docs, Sheets, Slides for daily workflow
Web & CRO Tools
Weblium / Webflow or similar CMS - updating project websites
Google PageSpeed Insights - technical SEO and speed checks
Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or similar - CRO insights, heatmaps, user behaviour
Design & Visuals
Canva - for fast, template-based design (brochures, social posts, ads)
Figma (basic knowledge) - reviewing and providing feedback on professional designs
Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign - oversight, not daily use) - understanding file formats and working with contractors

Core Responsibilities (Hands-On)
Project & Marketing Materials
Prepare floor plans, plates, site plans, agreements, brochures, finishes & features sheets, and fee schedules.
Maintain consistency of branding and project messaging.
Branding & Visuals
Supervise creation of logos, colour palettes, and project branding.
Provide guidance and first-level review for renderings, videos, and other visuals.
Website & CRO
Manage and update project websites (slokkerhomes.com, aspenspring.ca, wolfberryaspen.ca, etc.).
Implement
conversion rate optimization (CRO)
strategies to increase registrations, bookings, and downloads.
CRM & Automation
Manage
CRM
,
live website chats
and
interactive site-plan software

Support sales with automation workflows, lead tracking, and reporting.
Performance Marketing
Coordinate with subcontractors for Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
Develop and refine marketing funnels and strategies to maximize ROI.
Monitor analytics and adjust campaigns for continuous improvement.
Analytics & Reporting
Use
Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
to track performance.
Provide actionable reporting and insights for leadership.
Social Media Oversight
Manage KPIs for growth and engagement across channels.
Assign tasks and approve content from subcontractors.
Event Planning & Execution
Plan and execute showhome openings, Realtor events, and community activities.
Handle logistics, vendors, promotion, and on-site coordination.
Design & Technical Support
Create simple in-house designs using
Canva
(basic Figma understanding an asset).
Provide technical support for interactive tools and selection configurators.
Delegated but Managed (Oversight Responsibilities)
Advanced creative design, video editing, and 3D visualization.
Microsoft Ads strategy & campaign setup.
Complex website development.
Large-scale creative campaigns and signage production.
Specialized SEO consulting projects.
Skills and Attributes
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate development or related industry.
Strong
project management
skills -- able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in
CRM systems, marketing automation, and customer journey workflows

Strong grasp of
Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
with ability to analyze and adjust campaigns.
Experience with
conversion optimization
and digital marketing funnels.
Proficient in
Canva
with basic
Figma
knowledge for in-house design tasks.
Experience in
social media strategy, KPIs, and subcontractor management
.
Event planning and execution experience.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive with a strong ownership mindset.
