The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for elevating brand presence and driving growth.
Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with overall business objectives
Lead and mentor a marketing team (designers, coordinators, content creators, etc.)
Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, print, events)
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape
Establish and analyze KPIs to measure campaign performance and ROI
Oversee brand standards and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints
Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align go-to-market initiatives
Manage marketing budget and vendor/agency relationships
Organize trade shows, events, and promotional activities
Generate regular reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role
Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content)
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
Proficient in marketing tools/platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite, advertising tools)
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content across various formats.
Ability to think strategically while managing tactical execution
Creative mindset and ability to embrace change in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
