MARKETING MANAGER POSITION OVERVIEW: The ideal candidate will be someone who takes a leadership role and is responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategies and direction for the department. You will lead our marketing actions, campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with the other staff to drive sales. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and creativity. You will be given a lot of autonomy and authority, as such need to be results driven, humble, a team player and possess strong decision-making and planning skills. WE ARE SEEKING A CANDIDATE WHO:

• Comes from a B2B background and worked for manufacturer companies. Experience with complex sales environments and long sales cycle times a benefit. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B Marketing.
• Demonstrates management level experience that has grown organizations through the marketing initiatives yet is also prepared to be very hands on with the work.
• Has experience with as many of the following as possible: Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress, Google Analytics
• Content Marketing and Social Media Management
• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
• Experience with brand diversification or multibrand companies.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in pre-eng steel building industry is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Brainstorm, schedule, implement and execute all marketing activities of the company. Develop and implement marketing strategies that support the overall business goals of BEHLEN Industries LP.
• Oversee the graphic design work of the company which includes the creation and maintenance of all marketing materials such as brochures, publications, internal forms, sales pieces support, communications, etc.
• Maintain and expand websites.
• Responsible for the allocation and distribution of the marketing budget.
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain customer database with updates and additions received to ensure maximum accuracy with our clientele.
• Be the brand ambassador: Ensure consistent use of company brand(s) and corporate stationary, including the creation and maintenance of forms.
• Responsible for promoting the brand awareness of the company and creating opportunities for the sales team. Ensure consistency throughout all activities of the organization including messaging, corporate presentation and brand.
• Ensure the identified target markets are being approached in the most effective manner. Research and development of new markets.
• Management of the marketing goals/objectives and coordination of all marketing activities.
• Review and recommend on opportunities to exhibit or display the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and capabilities.
• Suggest product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
• Develop excellent business relationships with customers and maintain adequate contact records for supporting marketing activities.
• Report on competitor activity in the field and to assist with input of information on company successes for possible press release and promotional use.
• Ensure the adequate servicing of existing clients by regular contact and feedback on operational performance.
• Throughout every marketing activity, support the sales staff and the growth of BEHLEN Industries LP sales and profitability. Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth.
