Position Summary As the Marketing Manager of Miovision Brand, you will hold a strategic position responsible for supporting our brand, corporate voice and tone across all Miovision owned and earned properties and ensuring our various lines of businesses are aligned and driving value in the marketplace. Your role is to understand the uniqueness of each buyer persona, identify ideal customer profiles for each business segment, and deliver tailored product, brand, and messaging campaigns for the entire Miovision suite of offerings. You will collaborate closely with product development and management teams, communications, digital and demand teams, to prioritize product roadmaps, and engage with customers from each segment to ensure our toolset from Miovision aligns with their evolving needs and gaps. Key Accountabilities

  • Business Segmentation: Define and manage distinct lines of business within Miovision, understanding the unique characteristics and requirements of each segment.
  • Ideal Customer Profiles: Identify and refine the ideal customer profiles for each business, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish strong relationships with customers in each segment to gain insights into their evolving needs and gaps.
  • Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, enhancements, and campaigns specific to each business segment.
  • Branding: Ensure consistent and compelling product branding and messaging across all offerings within Miovision.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Create and oversee the execution of tailored marketing campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product development, sales, and customer support efforts.
  • Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and product performance.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance, ROI, and market impact, making data-driven decisions.
Skills/Qualifications
  • Cross functional Leadership: Proven experience in strategic leadership roles, with a focus on product branding, marketing, demand and go-to-market strategies.
  • Market Segmentation: A deep understanding of market segmentation and the ability to tailor strategies for various business lines and personas.
  • Customer-Centric: A customer-centric approach, with the ability to liaise with customers and translate their needs into product development priorities.
  • Marketing Expertise: Strong background in marketing, including campaign development, market definition, channel and campaign management, branding, and messaging.
  • Executing Digital Marketing campaigns: Knowledge and experience inlead digital marketing, social media and general advertising efforts, to ensure campaigns are delivered, measured and optimized at every stage for maximum efficiency.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for conveying compelling messages to diverse audiences.
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant marketing roles, brand and product management.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to make informed decisions.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping the brand and go-to-market strategies for Miovision\'s corporate, product, and unique lines of businesses across our diverse product offerings. Your ability to understand unique market segments, work closely with all cross functional teams, and deliver tailored marketing campaigns will be instrumental in driving Miovision\'s success in various business lines.
