About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and impact-oriented Brand Marketing Manager with expertise in event planning, social media management, and brand marketing. In this role you will be responsible for planning and executing events (hosted, co-hosted, and 3rd-party) to achieve various funnel goals (awareness, lead gen, retention), establishing brand standards, creating digital, print, and video assets, and supporting our owned and earned media strategy for generating awareness about the company, product, team, and brand.

How you will make a difference:

• Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute a variety of events, including hosted, co-hosted, and third-party sponsorships, both digital and in-person. Strategically align events with funnel goals, focusing on awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
• Social Media Management: Manage Manifest Climate\xe2\x80\x99s digital presence and interactions with the public by creating and implementing social media strategies. Analyze engagement data, identify trends, and plan initiatives that build community online.
• Support Earned Media Strategy: Help identify, coordinate, and execute on PR opportunities that build brand awareness for Manifest Climate. Support PR initiatives, prepare speaking and award applications, and build relationships with industry influencers.
• Brand Management: Establish and maintain brand standards to ensure consistency across all marketing initiatives. Develop digital, print, and video assets that align seamlessly with business goals and brand identity.

What you bring to our collaborative space:

• 2-5 years of B2B marketing experience in the software or SaaS industry, or other relevant industries
• Demonstrated experience in brand marketing across event management, social media marketing, communications and public relations
• Business Administration degree, or similar
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent active listening skills
