What will your typical day look like?

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand and Positioning you will be a self-motivated, energetic, driven and results-oriented individual. In addition to your passion for content, communications and collaboration, you'll bring a fresh perspective to the work we do as you work closely with senior leaders across the business, including the office of the CEO, to execute strategies that elevate Deloitte's presence and strengthen the firm's brand and eminence. Additionally, you will work closely with the Future of Canada Centre (FCC), regional marketing representatives across the country and lead marketers to ensure plans are aligned and executed with a view to achieving the firm's overall business growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and work with the Future of Canada Centre and key business leaders to execute a full complement of marketing initiatives to drive growth and enhance market positioning
  • Deliver strategic marketing plans aligned with the FCC's plans and priorities
  • Execute go to market campaigns to support brand visibility through thought leadership
  • Manage major marketing initiatives, which requires collaboration with the broader In-house Marketing Agency
  • Track, monitor and report ROI on all major marketing activities/campaigns, including but not limited to revenue opportunity generation within total cost to firm, cost of sale and cost per contact parameters
  • Provide direction to the extended regional marketing teams on National campaigns that need to be executed in local markets
  • Liaise with marketing counterparts from other Deloitte member firms and with Global to identify areas of collaboration and to share best practices
  • Lead assigned marketing resources, including establishing priorities and day to day management
  • Collaborate/coordinate with appropriate resources, including subject matter specialists, service area leaders, client service professionals and account developers, marketing and communications personnel, knowledge managers, to execute and/or leverage integrated marketing programs
  • Develop and manage budgets in close collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager
  • Actively participate in meetings and share strategic insight and market intelligence

Qualifications:
  • Minimum six years of marketing/communications experience, with a focus on strategy, planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns designed to build relationships and revenue
  • Proven experience designing campaigns and tactics meant to engage both internal and external audiences
  • Strong writing skills
  • Strong budget planning and reporting experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, including experience working with and presenting to senior leaders and leadership teams
  • Strong knowledge and experience creating content for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter and Yammer
  • Demonstrated ability to link marketing to lead generation and experience with demand generation, lead tracking, and ROI
  • Strong negotiation and project management skills
  • Detail oriented, organized and able to juggle multiple tasks and timelines
  • Demonstrated skills as a team player by leading through trust and professional respect, including demonstrated evidence of strong leadership and people coaching
  • Influencer marketing experience is a bonus
  • Ability to work with all levels of an organization
