This role will be crucial in driving the adoption of these services amongst both prospects and existing customers across a number of segments and channels.
What you'll bring

5+ years of business experience, including expertise in go-to-market, supporting complex marketing strategy development and cross-functional execution
Customer focused: tenacious about peeling the layers to understand customer behaviours, barriers, and beliefs and passionate about delighting customers at every touch point
Strong strategic and storytelling skills with a bias for action to create customer benefit and drive business results
Analytical and problem-solving orientation, with the ability to analyze multiple data sources, develop big insights and make recommendations to unlock growth opportunities
Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative, and the desire to drive significant measurable performance results
Ability to manage multiple complex projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities
High intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset, with a passion for challenging the status quo and finding new solutions
Ability to deal with ambiguity and rapidly changing (and growing) priorities
How you will lead
---------------------
Develop GTM plans for key ecosystem offerings including defining the audience, content development and establishing overall campaign objectives
Leverage deep customer/product insights & competitive intelligence to inform GTM plans
Partner closely with across Web, Performance, Partner, Lifecycle and Sales teams to build out tactical channel plans to deliver against strategic plan aligned to commercial goals
Own 1 year business outcomes including annual/quarterly forecasting, weekly results tracking including root cause analysis
* Clearly communicate commercial performance to key stakeholders including leadership and make recommendations on performance optimization
