Marketing Generalist

to our expanding team.

About the Opportunity

In this role, you will help bring our brand to life across a variety of channels and community touchpoints. Whether it's producing a podcast episode, coordinating an event, or launching a social media campaign, you'll be an essential part of how we engage with safety professionals across North America.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, knows how to manage the details, and enjoys jumping into new marketing projects--from strategy through to post-launch follow-up. We're also looking for someone who's curious and open to exploring how AI and emerging tools can be leveraged to streamline marketing efforts.

What You'll Do

Support the planning, promotion, and execution of events

--from small in-person gatherings to webinars and virtual sessions

Assist with the production and promotion of our podcast

, including scheduling guests, uploading content, and sharing episodes

Manage and grow our

social media presence

, helping us build community and expand our reach

Collaborate with internal teams to create and launch

marketing campaigns

, emails, and related assets

Help maintain and update content on our WordPress website

, including layout tweaks, plugin support, and simple backend fixes.

Contribute to the creation and coordination of

email marketing

campaigns using HubSpot or similar tools

Monitor and report

on campaign and channel performance, offering insights for improvement

Use AI tools and new technologies

to improve marketing efficiency, content quality, and overall impact

Provide hands-on support

across a wide range of general marketing initiatives--from planning to execution

Who You Are

Have hands-on experience with WordPress

, including setup, management, front-end customization, back-end troubleshooting, and plugin configuration.

Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments

, and bring strong communication skills to team projects and cross-functional work.

Are confident managing

social media

platforms and know what drives engagement

Are a self-starter

who takes initiative, identifies opportunities, and enjoys solving problems without waiting for instructions.

Welcome feedback

Are quick to adopt new technologies and tools

, driving AI and other automation opportunities to enhance modern marketing workflows.

Communicate clearly and confidently

, both in writing and in conversation, across a range of audiences.

Have experience supporting events

, including planning logistics, managing registrations, and helping with promotion for both virtual and in-person formats.
