JOB TITLE: Marketing Generalist, AMS & Off-Road
DEPARTMENT: Marketing Communications REPORTS TO: Andrew Stott
JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications for AMS and Off-Road Autonomy, leads in the development and execution of effective marketing programs and campaigns. This includes defining target audiences, determining marketing messaging to drive awareness and engagement, and directing all elements of campaigns including social media, website, webinars, trade shows, email marketing, PR needs, and the creation of new marketing materials such as brochures, videos, landing pages, trade show materials, customer newsletters and more. This position is also responsible for tracking lead generation and online activity (web traffic analysis, advertising analysis) using Salesforce, Google Analytics, Pardot and Marketo.
Technologically literate, creative, self-motivated, disciplined, and organized with a demonstrated ability to create high quality marketing campaigns. This position will work closely with sales and business development teams to assure alignment between marketing and product management and sales. This position will also be required to perform some administrative duties including creating purchase orders, shipping trade show materials, and tracking expenses.
DETAILED LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including supporting new product launches
Define strategy for marketing campaigns
Produce and send email marketing campaigns
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media advertising, online banner ads)
Develop and maintain lead generation programs (landing pages, ads, website forms etc.)
Manage marketing productivity tools (Leadfeeder, SEMRush, Hootsuite, Pardot, Marketo etc.)
Monitor and troubleshoot how Salesforce syncs with Pardot and Marketo
Manage the creation of written content including white papers, blogs, emails, newsletters, social media posts
Using Adobe creative Suite to design marketing collaterals which adhere to company standardized templates
Create or maintain reports and dashboards
Support the coordination of in-person marketing events including the company User Group Meeting
Support the planning and execution of company webinars
Supervise the creation of company videos and other promotional materials
Create new sales tools, including PowerPoint presentations
Research, write and edit copy for marketing communications i.e., brochures, white papers, spec sheets, articles
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a specialization in marketing, or equivalent qualification
5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in business-to-business marketing, preferably in a high-tech industry
Experience in developing and maintaining ongoing marketing campaigns
Capability with Salesforce, Pardot/Marketo, Google Analytics
An understanding of the effective use of social media in a B2B context
Excellent writing, proofing, and editing skills for marketing materials
Proficient time management and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
Knowledge of the positioning/mapping/survey space
Familiarity with leading online marketing tools and content management systems
An excellent ability to build and maintain relationships across business functions
