Job Description


Tali AI\xe2\x80\x99s mission is to address the problem of physician burnout with a voice virtual assistant for physicians that simplifies their work lives by reducing the time physicians spend on documentation and administrative work. We are a results focused and data-driven company, and we need a marketing generalist to help guide us as we grow. You will be managing all duties and activities of marketing at Tali AI. You will own all aspects of marketing for this startup company as we try to make a difference for physicians. You will be the voice for Tali and for our team.
Who you are:

  • You have experience working in a fast-paced or start-up environment
  • You are self-organizing, self-driving and resourceful
  • You are at ease with data, platforms and analytics
  • You can work independently and in a group
  • You already have some experience and expertise in marketing, and you want to learn more
  • You are permitted to work in Canada

Responsibilities
  • Creating and executing marketing plans and campaigns to help us achieve our objectives
  • Manage SEO, continuously improving your approach based on data and metrics
  • Drive our social media presence and create content, increasing our reach and engagement
  • Use data to analyze progress of all marketing activities and identify and implement improvements
  • Measure your progress against KPIs

Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Experienced in SEO
  • Experienced in delivering an engaging and professional presence on social media
  • Experienced in marketing for a technology company, ideally within the healthcare domain
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a marketing generalist
  • Experienced with CRM, CMS, marketing tools, analytics tools
  • Detailed knowledge of the healthcare industry in both Canada and the US an asset
  • Experience in public relations an asset
  • Interested in AI and how technology can contribute to better outcomes for healthcare providers and patients
