We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing & Brand Development Specialist to support brand growth, increase customer engagement, and expand our presence in the local community.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Noor Eyewear Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, etc.) Create engaging marketing content (posts, flyers, promotions, email campaigns) Plan and coordinate in-store promotions and community marketing initiatives Support B2B outreach with clinics, healthcare providers, and local businesses Track and analyze marketing performance and campaign results Assist with branding, advertising, and promotional materials Collaborate with management to align marketing efforts with business goals

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Experience with social media marketing and digital content creation Strong communication and organizational skills Creative mindset with attention to detail Knowledge of branding, promotions, and customer engagement strategies Retail, healthcare, or optical industry experience is an asset (not required) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
