About us:

Gama Aviation is a hugely diverse business that offers much more than perhaps its name would suggest. Yes, we fly but we also save lives, provide mission critical intelligence, and build systems that deliver decisive advantage.

Responsibilities:

Implement the marketing strategy and plans for the MRO business, ensuring alignment with wider Business Aviation marketing objectives. Drive demand generation through effective campaign management across digital, print, and event channels. Deliver engaging multi-channel campaigns (email, social, content, advertising, events) from planning to execution. Manage the creation of marketing assets - including sales collateral, brochures, presentations, digital content and campaign materials - ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Produce clear and compelling written content for websites, email campaigns, case studies, and social media. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insight and recommendations to improve future activity. Take ownership of day-to-day social media implementation and content scheduling for the MRO division. Co-ordinate and support the delivery of national and international industry events - from logistics and planning through to booth setup and on-site presence. Work with internal stakeholders (MRO MD, Sales, Engineering teams) to understand market opportunities, customer requirements and campaign priorities. Manage and brief external suppliers (design, digital, print, etc.) where required. Ensure HubSpot is effectively used to support campaign management, lead generation, nurturing and reporting.
