About The Opportunity

To support the regional Corporate Traveller marketing Americas teams in the execution and delivery of client retention and customer acquisition events. Our customer events aim to engage, educate, and inspire our clients and support our retention strategy. Prospect events aim to create brand awareness, provide value and demonstrate our offering and USP to the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team and manage the planning and exaction of customer led events and conferences
  • Working alongside the Meetings and Events division to support execution and delivery of customer events when needed
  • Assist Marketing and/or Events teams with any logistics deliverables for pre, onsite and post event.
  • Maintaining a calendar of events and identifying new event opportunities for the organization
  • Acting as the primary logistical support for all marketing events
  • Managing, with the support of the digital, content & automation teams, delivery of all event communication and assets
  • Support and contribute to the delivery of post-event analysis and reporting
About you!
  • Marketing and events unicorn with a passion for organizing engaging and content led B2B customer events
  • Confident multi-tasker with attention to detail who can manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
  • A problem solver who thinks outside of the box to provide creative solutions.
  • You embrace egalitarianism, irreverence, and ownership.
  • Empathetic, compassionate, and curious.
  • An aptitude for data and reporting
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working in a cross functional environment.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment but can also produce quality work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic, with a go-getter personality and a positive outlook
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in marketing
  • Experience organizing and supporting events
  • Experience with Martech and Event Technologies (eg. Cvent, Eloqua)
