MARKETING & EVENTS COORDINATOR



The ideal candidate must be an independent and creative thinker who is comfortable managing a variety of tasks including event coordination, website/social media content creation, internal and external communications, photography and data analytics.

This position supports both external marketing efforts and internal event coordination, helping to drive employee engagement, brand consistency, and community presence.

You'll work closely with the Director of Communication and Culture to ensure our message is clear, our events are memorable, and our values are always front and center

Among the many tasks of the Marketing & Events Coordinator, he/she will be responsible for:

Marketing Support



Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media content Coordinate the production of promotional materials, project photography, signage, and branded items, and maintain inventory of stock items Maintain and update website content, project portfolios, and social media channels Work in collaboration with department heads to gather job data, customer activity, market trends and current project details Track and report marketing analytics (engagement, traffic, leads, etc.) Support responses to RFPs, including content creation and design coordination Stay up-to-date on industry trends, local association and industry events, and attend client, supplier and PM meetings as required.

Event Coordination



Plan and execute internal and external events such as team-building activities, jobsite events, client appreciation functions, and community outreach initiatives Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, materials, invitations, and day-of execution (including evenings and weekends) Create event communications and collateral that reflect company branding and tone Work cross-functionally with operations, HR, and leadership to ensure seamless event delivery Track budgets and provide post-event evaluations

Qualifications



Minimum 2 years of experience

in marketing, event coordination, or a related role -- construction industry experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, sequencing and equipment is preferred Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of initiative and critical thinking ability Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), and social media platforms Strong graphic design and photography/videography skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to jobsites and events as needed
