Marble Mountain is hiring a
Part-Time Marketing & Events Coordinator
for the 2025-2026 winter season!
If you're the type who's always snapping photos, filming your friends in action, or posting the best clips from a powder day -- this one's for you. We're looking for a creative, outgoing individual who wants to spend the season on the slopes while helping us share the Marble Mountain experience with the world.
You'll work closely with our
Director of Marketing
and
Wedding & Events Manager
to
capture on-mountain action, assist with events, and create content that highlights everything happening on and off the hill.
Expect a mix of filming, editing, event support, and good vibes.
Hours:
16-20 per week, including weekends and some evenings for events.
Key Responsibilities
Capture and create engaging content (photos, videos, reels) highlighting mountain activities, events, and resort life.
Edit short videos and photos for use across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Schedule and publish content across social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and quality.
Monitor channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with our online community.
Assist with planning, setup, and on-site coordination for events and on-mountain activities.
Support marketing initiatives with timely and creative content that promotes guest engagement and participation.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
Experience with photo and short-form video editing tools (Reels, TikTok editor, Canva, CapCut, or similar).
Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Intermediate to advanced skiing or snowboarding ability -- must feel confident capturing content on the hill.
Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Previous experience in marketing, events, social media, or content creation is an asset.
A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to assist in a variety of on-mountain activities.
Schedule
Part-time, 16-20 hours per week (Thursday-Sunday).
Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and event coverage.
Contract length: 6 months (Winter 2025/26).
