About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Marketing Designer with strong UX/UI experience

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can bring our brand to life across digital and print channels while also contributing to the design and prototyping of web and app interfaces.

You'll work closely with our marketing, customer support team, and IT development teams to create compelling visual content, seamless user experiences, and cohesive branding across all customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Design marketing materials including digital ads, social media assets, brochures, and presentations Collaborate with the product team to design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications Maintain and evolve the company's visual brand identity across platforms Support the creation and iteration of our website, landing pages, and self-serve tools Work cross-functionally to ensure consistency across marketing campaigns and product design Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to teammates Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or UX/UI design

Proficient in Figma

for UI/UX design, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration

Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite

, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for graphic design, branding, and print materials

Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus

(for video or motion graphics content) Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and responsive design Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly Portfolio showcasing both marketing and UX/UI design work

Nice to Have

Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS) is a bonus Interest in brand storytelling and customer experience

Pay: $3,500.00-$4,500.00 per month
