About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing & Design Coordinator whose primary responsibility is to create PowerPoint presentations and feature sheets for real estate, mortgage and business marketing purposes. This role is highly execution-focused and design-oriented, with an emphasis on clear visual presentation, and mapping support.

Key Responsibilities

Create and format

PowerPoint presentations

for property listings, marketing decks, and internal use Design

feature sheets

including layout, visuals, icons, and key information highlights Prepare

mapping and location visuals

, such as: Location maps; Nearby amenities mapping; Transit, schools, retail, and area highlights Use

Adobe Photoshop and Canva

to design clean, professional marketing materials Update and revise existing PPTs and feature sheets as required Ensure consistency in formatting, layout, and visual quality across all materials Coordinate with internal teams to ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in

PowerPoint

(layout, formatting, visual presentation) Hands-on experience with

Adobe Photoshop

and

Canva

Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics Ability to follow brand guidelines and instructions accurately Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with team members 2-3+ years of experience in the marketing industry. English and Mandarin are required. Experience in

real estate or mortgage

marketing is a plus.

Schedule:

8-hour shift

Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm
