We're Mooi Foods -- a fast-growing healthy snack brand on a mission to nourish schools, hospitals, and communities with delicious, protein-packed snacks that actually taste amazing.

We're looking for a Marketing & Design Coordinator to support our brand growth 2-3 days a week. You'll be responsible for content creation, design, and light marketing strategy -- everything from Instagram reels to packaging updates to sales materials. This role is perfect for someone with a few years of experience, a great eye for design, and a proactive, get-it-done attitude.

What You'll Do:

Social Media & Content

Build and schedule posts for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Design graphics, stories, and short-form video content Help manage community engagement and post analytics
Website & Design

Assist with website updates (e.g. uploading new content, product changes) Create marketing and packaging assets using Canva and Adobe Suite Design pitch decks, sell sheets, and presentations
Marketing Support

Help organize content calendars and simple marketing plans Prepare visuals and documents for events and trade shows Support influencer outreach and digital campaigns

What You Bring:

2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or graphic design Comfortable with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Webflow, Elementor and Google Suite Understanding of social platforms (especially Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & TikTok) Bonus: familiarity with Shopify or Mailchimp A creative eye and collaborative energy Strong time management and communication skills

Pay: $19.63-$31.65 per hour
