We're seeking a

Marketing & Design Coordinator

to join us 2-3 days per week. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in graphic design and social media, a great eye for aesthetics, and a proactive, get-it-done attitude. You'll help shape our brand through content creation, digital storytelling, and design work across channels.

Please note: Only applicants who submit a portfolio of their work in graphic design and social media will be considered.

What You'll Do

Social Media & Content

Design and schedule posts for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Create short-form video content, stories, and graphics Support community engagement and track performance

Design & Website

Update website content and visuals (WebFlow, Elementor) Design packaging, marketing assets, and sales materials (Canva, Adobe Suite) Build pitch decks, sell sheets, and presentations

Marketing Support

Help maintain content calendars and basic marketing plans Prepare visuals and materials for events and trade shows Support influencer and digital campaign outreach

What You Bring

2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or graphic design Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Google Suite, WebFlow or Elementor A strong understanding of social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn Bonus: experience with Shopify or Mailchimp A creative mindset and collaborative energy Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
