Marketing & Design Coordinator

to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual who enjoys variety and wants to make a real impact.

Position Overview

In this role, you'll support marketing initiatives across print, digital, and direct communication channels. You'll work closely with customers, sales representatives, and senior leadership to create meaningful marketing content that strengthens our brand and supports business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage

email marketing campaigns

Design brochures, advertisements, and

direct-to-consumer mailings

Edit and enhance images, and design print/digital

layouts

Coordinate with

external vendors

, marketing agencies, and advertising partners Collaborate with the

sales team

to develop promotional materials Assist in planning and attending

events, conferences, or trade shows

(occasional travel may be required) Stay current with marketing trends and best practices

What You Bring

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in

Adobe Creative Cloud

(Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and

Mac OS

Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience in graphic design and layout for both print and digital channels Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently Positive attitude,

adaptability

, and a team-player mindset Willingness to learn and grow professionally

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or design role Experience working with external agencies or vendors is an asset
